GIZ project "Energy Efficient Building Refurbishment in Mongolia" Activities carried out: • Developing BEE certificate calculation tool; • Providing training in building energy efficiency and building energy certification (building energy certificate for new buildings and retrofits); • Providing training in building HVAC systems.

Activities carried out: Technical assistance support to Energy Efficiency and Thermal Building Refurbishment Project in Chisinau • Support the PIU in preparation of tender documents for the first 23 buildings (design, construction and site supervision services); • Update the feasibility study by identifying the second list of buildings for EE modernization, carry on walkthrough visits.

“Modernization of Local Public Services, Lot 2: Energy Efficiency” Project funded by German International Cooperation (GIZ) Activities carried out: • Support of NC’s in elaboration of detailed design for deep thermal and low carbon rehabilitation for a group of buildings, work description, technical specifications, BoQs, construction works ToR’s, and, time schedule for implementation of works.

TA with the Energy Community "Support in development of minimum energy performance requirements in Moldova" • Reference buildings review and definition of minimum requirements for technical systems; • Calculation scenarios and qualities (measure packages); • Investment cost study; • Elaboration of detailed specifications of minimum requirements.

"EIB/TA2015081 MD NIF Energy Efficiency (EE) and Thermal Building Refurbishment Project in Chisinau" • Quality control of energy audit methodologies and reports for Lot 1 and Lot 2 prepared by auditors in 2018; • Participation in prefeasibility study for Moldova Energy Efficiency Project; • Elaboration of walk-through EA for public buildings.

“Support for Competitive Procurement of Renewables in Moldova”, funded by EBRD • Drafting of Technical Specifications for Wind and PV plants; • Review of national legislation regarding RES.

“Support to modernisation of the Energy Sector in the Republic of Moldova” Activities carried out: • Elaboration of the first Programme for the renovation of the central government owned and occupied buildings for 2018-2020. Implementation of Art 5 of the Energy Efficiency Directive (Activity 4a)

• Development of technical solutions for energy effective modernization of city residential quarters; • Advice on low-carbon modernization and management of urban areas for providing the city dwellers with sustainable and reliable utilities’ services through promoting the energy efficient technologies, the equipment and use of smart technologies. • Providing trainings for Kazakhstan experts.

Activities carried out: • Preparing tender applications in South Eastern European Region (Romania, Moldova, Ukraine and Georgia) on behalf of EXERGIA SA.
