I improve processes in the team, teach team-mates how to do things correctly. I’m working on advancing my team. I have grown the team from 4 to 9 people. I improve code review process, introduce a single code style in the team. Develop a review slack bot which is handling the code review process. Taught team-mates how to release applications. Introduced release-engineers, who handle releases one by one. Our team has increased a part of kotlin in the main project codebase from 12% to 60%.

I coordinate the work of product developers groups. I have regular “one to one” meetings with developers. Spend an internal team event: tech talks. I conduct a backlog of technical tasks. I have designed the architecture of product features. Optimized the code review process. Conducted technical interviews. Completely rewritten the module of the internal analytical system. Refactored navigation, written UI tests to check the operation of navigation.

I worked in a team of 6-8 people. Connected to a project to develop a new profile functionality and helped to bring it to its release. Conducted technical interviews, trained a team for conducting interviews. Optimized the launch time of the application from 10 to 3 seconds. Designed and launched a complex integration project: a virtual fitting shoe. As a part of this project, I implemented appbundle and dynamic feature delivery.

Beeline is the Russia's third-largest wireless and second-largest telecommunications operator. I worked in a development team of 5 people on the application “My Beeline” (self service app). Implemented and configured CI (Teamcity). Developed a new functionality, including for marketing campaigns “Gb for a dreams”, etc. Participated in the design of the API. Conducted code review.

I worked in a team of 3-4 people on the main application. I participated in a redesign to material design, along with this command switched to a new architecture with MVP and Kotlin. Conducted code review, mentoring newcomers, set up and maintained CI (Jenkins, Bamboo). Developed new onboarding functionality, worm menu, Push SDK, photo search, self order management. Conducted technical interviews. Helped HR managers with candidate analysis prior to invitation to an interview.

Developed new screens and functionality: delivery and fitting, tracking of orders, a map on checkout, promotional codes, banner system. Refactored the basket, filters and catalog, checkout. Conducted research and provided reports on the results, selected and implemented a library for downloading and caching images. I monitored and researched crashes, ANRs, stabilized the application after its release, got rid of hard-to-reproduce OutOfMemoryError and TransactionTooLargeException.

I connected to a half-finished project and brought it to the customer’s acceptance and its release. The project is an application for merchandisers with the functions of receiving tasks, sending reports on the done work (with photos), GPS monitoring. Investigated possibilities of developing applications with AR for the next project, developed MVP. Estimated and decomposed tasks. Interacted with backend developers for collaborative API design. Estimated approximate development time for new applications.

As a part of a team, I developed applications for restaurants and cafeterias with the functions of booking tables and ordering dishes. Created several screens in the application for finding real estate for sale and ordering repairs. The application was intended for the US market. Supported several old applications, added new functionality according to customer requirements. Implemented several non-trivial custom views.
