I am working in the newly built UX program under Global Marketing. - I developed the first version of UX process - I was in charge of the UX design of an end-user support app - I initiated using social media to involve users and got remarkable results. Now I am building user profiles and explore new concepts for Danfoss. - I have also been involved in various novel concepts including Danfoss cloud, enhanced technical literature and multi-touch screen.

Identify new opportunities and de-velop new products for TSA. Currently in charge of 3 new App design and coordination with Chinese partners.

A new generation design based on UX research and usability test. Delivered two interactive prototypes and a video introduction.

Worked on Lifestyle Research for Trutops System (TRUMPF), Booking System Depth Interviews (Riz-Carton), Expert Reviews and Usability Test (CGB Bank). In charge of Conference System Design (UPA China).

In charge of Unicom Channel-Management design including user needs excavation and prototype design. The system has been updated twice and promoted to another 3 companies bringing massive profit.

Worked on Emerging Markets Printing Relevance Research, LES Focus Group as well as usability test for new products.
