My responsibilities are: Introductory Education for TPM, formation of Steering Committee, development of master plan for TPM implementation, stage by stage training to the employees and Management on the first 6 Pillars (PM; AM; T&E; SHE; FI; QM ) implementation preparation process, establishing the TPM policies and goals and development of a road map for TPM. Creating the correct environment between operators and equipment to create ownership.

Expertise: Daily Equipment Care, Reliability Excellence, Work place Organization

Consulting and Implementation of TPM activities. Preparing Training materials and Train Management& Blue Collar on Basic Problem Solving tools like 4 M, 5 Why, 5W1H,...etc. During this period I have introduced the Steering Committee concept and introduced and prepared a 3 Year Master Plan for the Management and Pillars. Also the first 5 main Pillars were established successfully (T&E,QM,PM,AM,FI)

Between 2007-2011, I conducted consulting on the implementation of WCOM to various Industries in the region Africa , covering Nigeria, Kenya, Burundi and Egypt.

High level of experience on GEMBA activities, especially Autonomous & Planned Maintenance Pillars. During my stay in Tetra Pak-Izmir the factory has reached the 1. level JIPM Operational Excellence (2003) and Consistency Award (2007).
