    As Leader of Euroservices Accounts Payable (AP) Germany PBT3 (BHC, Bayer Vital, Bayer Pharma Legal Entities) I lead 4 teams with up to 42 employees. I stabilize Partner Business Team 3 in the phase of GAC 2015 restructuring, while establishing high quality, people development and social responsibility. The colaboration of Shared Service Center in Manila (posting), Barcelona (payment) and Danzig (customer contact) was managed within my area of responsibility.

    I managed a matrix community of Accounting, Human Resources (HR) and Controlling for Internal and External purposes focussing on HR and Primary Cost Reporting (PCR).Allignement of supervisory board, HR and Primamary Cost Reporting for about 300 Legal Entities, Subgroups and Service Areas across all functions for Actual, Forecast and Budget was a demanding task. Nevertheless I ensured a future oriented solution based decision process.

Support several BCS restructuring programs JOE ST, CH 2007, NEW 2010, Transforming HR ). Together with Controlling & Reporting of BCS HR (approx. 120 FTE, 55 M€ functional costs) and FTE and cost reporting for Actual, Forecast and Budget (20.000 FTE, 1.200 M€ Personnel Expenses).

I had to link both: the different COUNTRY philosophies (Germany vs. France) as well as the different COMPANY philosophies (Bayer vs. Aventis) E.g. for Income Statement (IS) mapping for ACS IS to Bayer IS, combined 3-year Budget Process, Reporting Systems.
