The constant needs of fast evolution and customer satisfaction leeds the company in 2010 in considering Agile Method using SCRUM. In this context my position changed to Product Owner.

I took the lead first of the functional development team then the whole development team (functional and technical) in order to pursue the evolution and growing of the MEGA GRC Solution in adding new topics and functionalities such as Audit, Testing, workflow capability and reviewing the existing ones, Risk management, Assessment, Dashboarding and reporting capabilities.

MEGA helps companies understand and reduce operational complexity, establish successful governance, and manage associated risks by providing software solutions. As a GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance) Functional Developer, my job was to tunned the MEGA GRC Suite in order to meet customer needs in the fields of Compliance and Risk Management.

I started working at MEGA International as a technical services consultant, going to and helping more than a hundred companies in defining and implementing their organization and architecture in the MEGA Modeling Suite and creating expected deliverables. This experiences gave me a wide view on companies organizational issues, the needs of defining the organization itself as well as the requirement of sharing, providing and communicate about those information.
