• Model a new machine-welded solution for the side door of QUADRANT 4200 to avoid a bending problem cause by the weight of the structure using CATIA V5.

• Ensured modifications of mechanical equipment drawings (2D and 3D) such as dashboard, FLIR consol, control unit boxes in order to meet the specifications of clients or to improve obsolete equipments for SuperPuma using CATIA V5. • Ensured the follow-up of new equipment designs from CAD to flight test including the manufacturing and the integration on the helicopter. • Conducted study of new equipment with CATIA to verify the possibility of integration on the helicopter.

• Designed technical solutions that reduce the cost of the modification of the manufacturing line for the new product using CATIA V5. • Recognized for proven leadership abilities; was assigned role of Proxy Project Manager. • During LCV Viessman Project reduced costs by over 40 %. • Responsible for preparing modification and test reports for new processes in English, detailed technical drawings and cost and time estimation via Methods-Time Measurement.
