Expanding and sustaining the Continuous Improvement program in both manufacturing and maintenance. Initiating and driving the cultural change program that is needed to sustain Reliable Excellence at all levels of the manufacturing organization. Initiating Continuous Improvement in the transactional processes and Engineering processes of the SSE Business Unit. Developing the framework and conditions of a process organization to enable use of the process improvement tools. Member of the corporate CI Team

Leading the start-up of the foundation of continuous improvement as part of the Reliability Excellence program, to both production and maintenance into selected manufacturing plants in Europe. Initiating the cultural change needed to sustaining the Continuous Improvement efforts from shop floor to plant management through extension of the program with the proper governance structure, aligning with the corporate process improvement and Reliablity Excellence programs.

Responsible for the implementation of a Continuous Improvement culture throughout the manufacturing organizations combining Lean and Six Sigma into one program. The Continuous Improvement program is based on the Toyota Production System (TPS). Build solid foundations that enable team driven improvements on the shop floor using PDCA. Create a workshop culture for improvement teams to deliver breakthrough improvements in the area of Lean, Six Sigma and Total Quality. Coach the plant management teams.
