I developed key features in mobile applications to increase user autonomy and significantly reduce support requests. I optimized customer funnels across several international markets and played a leading role in Middle East projects, driving the creation of a new agency SaaS platform and customer app. I led the Saudi Arabian rollout, delivering localized features, tailored workflows, and specific payment integrations, while contributing to modernizing the platform architecture.

I contributed to building a microservice dedicated to voucher management as well as improving and maintaining the e-commerce platform, enhancing its performance, reliability, and scalability.

Working closely with departments such as Marketing and Accounting, I was responsible for specifying and implementing new back-end processes (RoR). I also handled operational activities from a technical standpoint.

I founded inartenso.com, a showroom-like platform enabling artists to showcase and sell their artworks.

I was responsible for designing and implementing a new object-oriented architecture for the data processing and driver management modules of the Operation & Maintenance embedded software of the UMTS Base Transceiver Station (BTS). As part of this OO refactoring, I conceived a new algorithm to improve hardware resource management and built a Visual C++ tool to demonstrate its feasibility and efficiency. I also supervised software development and maintenance activities carried out in India and China.

I designed a new object-oriented architecture for the radio management module of the UMTS BTS embedded controller to improve performance, maintainability, and support future feature development. I successfully completed its refactoring while leading a small team. I was also responsible for developing the redundancy mechanism of the UMTS BTS motherboard, and I supported the System Integration Team with technical assistance and load deliveries for the UMTS BTS control software.

* Mission by Nortel Networks: I was responsible of developements, from specification to test, of modules of the UMTS-GSM hybrid BTS embedded software. * Mission by Alcatel: I specified and implemented (Visual C++) an interface between a private automatic branch exchange (PABX A4400) and its new control motherboard. * Mission by Thomson CSF Detexis: I specified, developed and tested the maintenance module of the embedded calculator of the fighter Mirage 2000-9.
