The role involves managing the execution and completion of the defined project plan received from Headquarters through effectively coordinating people and resources; performing analysis of accounting reports, financial statements, general ledger and related sub-ledgers; providing guidance and advice on IFRS accounting questions; general Project Support Officer activities; defining, implementing and performing quality checks and providing training and support on accounting matters and processes.

The role involves general ledger recording tasks; closing/reporting activities; perform balance sheet reviews; analyze financial statements; support external auditors; participate in accounting related projects (standardization and automation enhancements, mergers & SAP upgrades); perform Risk Internal Controls & acts as voluntary RIC internal assessor; define, implement, and perform quality checks; Master Data management FI/CO/PCA and deal with internal customers and stakeholders.

Reporting of Repair Centre´s key figures, spare parts and warranties process management, generation of Purchase Orders for spare parts, request and follow up of permanent and temporary exports, coordination of local and international repairs, Contact Person between local Repair Centre and Headquarters in Germany, calculation of quotations and offers, telephone and email attention of customer´s claims and inquiries, billing tasks (including debit and credit notes), control of WIP´s and accruals.

Spare parts and warranties process management, generation of Order Proposals and Purchase Orders, request and follow up of permanent and temporary exports, coordination of international repairs, Contact Person between local Repair Centre and Headquarters in Germany, reporting of Repair Centre´s key figures and up-to-date procedure manuals of Customer Service´s Department.

Sales reporting, recovery of insurance policies, controlling of costs and expenses, monthly billing spools, issue credit and debit notes (SAP).
