With a Master's degree in engineering from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenbrg, I am a passionate full-stack developer with a specialty in Microsoft programming. I have developed software solutions for various industries, including large government agencies, and am self-directed and service-oriented with excellent communication skills.

Technical Writer/Spare Parts Designer, Ericsson AB, Stockholm. This assignment meant service preparation and definition of spare parts for HW included in Ericsson’s and third party supplier’s platforms. I work very close with Product Packeters, Configuration Managers and project managers to define spare parts for all Ericsson’s telecommunication nodes. During a period I also worked as design mentor for a design team in Ericsson Montreal.

Software Configuration Manager/Project Administrator. Consultant at Stockholm’s Lokaltrafik. I worked with the implementation of a new payment system for SL, SL Access. My first task was to coordinate three applications using the same server platform, a server cluster with Windows 2003 servers. I was also assigned the role as project administrator which meant responsibility for all documents sent between the project and the system supplier.

Sales Support Manager. Ericsson AB, Stockholm My most important tasks were as follows: • Work as a project manager for two road-shows with the purpose of educating our colleagues at Ericsson subsidiaries. In the first road show, the areas presented were new functionality within the Ericsson Mobile Core Network consisting of IP Multimedia, WLAN, WiMax, MSC, Media Gateways, Mobile Softswitch, GPRS-nodes and Transport networks. System Specialist, GPRS. Ericsson GmbH, Düsseldorf, Germany. My work consisted of •answering Request for Tenders •doing product presentations for customers •organizing workshops. I also participated in and led customer meetings. Meetings and presentations were most often held in German. For this assignment, I had to show a high degree of cooperation, responsibility and accuracy.

Sales Support Manager, Paging Systems. Ericsson Radio Messaging, Stockholm, Sweden. I was Responsible for answering Requests for Tenders and actively participating in customer meetings. This work required good knowledge in paging systems and understanding the customers’ needs.

During the first year I was heavily involved in the MOBITEX acceptance test project implemented in Essen, Germany. Thereafter my worked consisted of •answering Requests for Tenders •doing customer presentations •educating customers on installation and operation of the MOBITEX system •organizing workshops and leading customer meetings. I was also responsible for the MOBITEX test site in Düsseldorf. Meetings and presentations were most often held in German.
