As cyber security specialist I am responsible for growing the business by discovering the ideal customer profile (ICP) and establishing new business via LinkedIn sales navigator, emails and calls. I am responsible for speaking to various enterprise organisations about security awareness and what they are currently doing about it. This involves me speaking to chief information security officers (CISO), chief information officers (CIO), information security officers and others in IT.

I am responsible for the portfolio growth on behalf of RSA by assisting field forces and inside sales forces to create, discover and establish new business. Building a rapport with clients and listening to their pain points and how our solutions can overcome them. Generating appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management to qualify and market our solutions to potential customers.

Responsible for building a rapport with directors of companies to build an easier and more effective communication process. Having excellent customer service skills by attending to the customers’ needs and demands allowed me to build and maintain my client base. Responsible for growing the team’s number of new business closed by proactively generating new qualified leads.

Managing global client inquiries simultaneously and making sure that the client gets the right analyst to talk at the events. I was entrusted to take responsibility of entire processes and manage client’s bookings with Gartner analysts from start to finish which could be spanning over weeks.
