•Following up the project •Preparing documentation for customers •Coordination with order handling, purchasing, production and logistic departments.•Organize and attend Technical Clarification Meetings with costumers and sub-contractors to prevent any technical mistakes•Read specifications to identify the customers needs•Mechanical Design of transformer - BOM transfer to SAP system •Assemble whole system, check and approval of components / assembly before the test process

• To analyse and evaluate commercial and technical aspects as soon as receipt of RFQ s. • Understand the customer needs and prepare best optimized offer which is cheapest and competitive • Calculate the material and labour costs and prepares quotes . Then calculating and pricing as Pre-BOM • Management of received orders, opening of received orders and tracing • Shipping and tracking of commercial proposals with local Logistic Companies
