Responsible for delivering a robust, efficient and people led internal recruitment solution across the Science, Technology and Engineering Division of the Impellam Group. My role comprises all elements of the Recruitment process including attraction strategy, response handling, shortlisting/interviewing, onboarding and the creation/use of talent pools. All designed to provide competitive advantage to the business whilst ensuring candidates enjoy a consistent and efficient experience throughout the process.

To plan, develop and implement strategy/processes for staff training and internal recruitment, establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of staff training and development as well as the overall hiring and retention process.

Responsible for all internal recruitment across the HCL Group. Responsible for designing & delivering a phased Sales & Recruitment training package for employees (new and existing) across HCL Bluecare.

Managing, motivating and driving a team of consultants, focussing on Social work recruitment across the UK.

Financial recruitment consultant focussing on the P/Q market in the City/Docklands.
