Responsible for the provision of IT services for manufacturing systems and of operating services for special systems and technical platforms in a GxP compliant and cost effective way. Elaborate IT services, standard definitions and guidelines by recognizing and defining the region-specific impacts for Pharma Technical Operations. Represents region objectives and liaises with the global ones. Setup and prioritize goals, projects and service needs. Manage resourcing , appraisal, training of of team members.
