Fixation of the sector swap, cross feeder issues. Reporting of RF height, orientation, mechanical and electrical tilts of the sites Troubleshooting of missing neighbours, Handoff failure, and data rate issues.

• Development of strategies for deregulation initiative and PKI infrastructure. • Analysis of impact on telecom business services resulting from change in business dynamics and measure to rectify such business issues in line with international best practices to attract foreign direct investment. • Investigation of fiscal framework for undertaking telecom business in close coordination with federal departments
