As an information security officer, my primary responsibility is to protect the organization's information assets while ensuring that it complies with laws, regulations, and international standards. This is achieved by robust designing and managing an organization-wide information security program, developing and maintaining security policies, procedures, and controls, conducting security audits and risk assessments, and investigating security incidents.

• Perform security risk analyses of the operational environment, focused on the predefined security customer objectives. • Define countermeasures with the right level of priority / maturity in order to manage a security actions based on PDCA. • Anticipate security events by preparing contingency plans in an advisory role.

• Primarily responsible for providing presales activities including the tendering process, development of proposals and the design of complex solutions for managed network security services. • Understand customer requirements and produce detailed designs using the latest technologies for security management across firewalls, IDPs, SIEMs, proxies, federated identity, and remote access.

• Performing in depth analysis and collecting all relevant traces, suggesting remediation plans and investigating crisis to ensure seamless operations. • Generated business intelligence reports including Root Cause Analysis and Service Improvement Plans.

• Providing L2 network security support for orange customers’ across the globe. • Handling Security incidents, changes, releases, and configuration management activities on different technologies such as o Firewalls: Checkpoint, Juniper, and Fortigate o Juniper IDP o Proxies: Symantec (formally known as Bluecoats), Cisco iron port, Zscaler Cloud Solution o Switches: Alteon and Cisco o Load Balancers: F5 big IP o ArcSight SIEM

• Responsible for the analysis, design and development of tailored customer system infrastructure solutions incorporating network security systems, that involved load balancing, proxies, video conferencing and disaster recovery.
