    Numerical Simulation was performed on 3D gemotry of ship using STARCCM+ software Velocity inlet was at an angle of 15 degree and 30 degree to ship inlet. The simulation was performed using different velocity • DNS (Direct Numerical Simulation) and LES (Large Eddy Simulation) turbulent model were used. • The simulation was performed with different inlet fluid velocity and the ship was tilted horizontally at an angle of 30 and 60 degrees to the inlet velocity.

    I did my 6 months internship on the topic " Simulation of polluted turbulent jet filling healthy air cavities using LES( Large eddy simulation ) turbulence model using vortex method which is inlet condition for LES ( Large eddy simulation ). The differential equations related to vortex method were programmed using FORTRAN Language in FUGU library ( already available from MSME Laboratory ). tecplot360 was used to analysis the simulation results.
