My work involves using Siemens STAR-CCM+ and FloThermXT. I routinely correlate CFD predictions with test data to support design validation and reduce physical testing iterations.

The work supported post-accident heat removal strategies and demonstrated improved thermal load capacity of a proposed core catcher design. All results were validated against in-house and published experimental data. Published papers in international journals and participated in major conferences.
