To provide technical support to Nortel’s world-wide customers (GSM operators) about the GSM/UMTS Voice Core (NSS) products for equipments such as MSC-VLR, HLR, GPP-IWF, Media Gateway. Supervise customers in order to avoid failure and make sure they are using their products with 100% efficiency on their Voice Core network equipments. Problems including handover scenarios, required translation datafills or specific switching problems reported by the customers are being solved.

Provided technical support for ISDN component architecture, code ownership role based on the architecture criteria (by reviewing codes developed on Nortel based R&Ds to resolve the problems found, giving approval or warning for correction), focusing on robustness and faults to correct them, improving solutions and fixing bugs both coming from lab during product validation testing and coming from sites using the related traces, GUI applications and Software Development Environments.

Provided technical support for International PRI component architecture, code ownership role based on the architecture criteria, dealing with the problems reported by Nortel’s world-wide customers, resolving the problems found and giving the necessary solutions.

Web applications have been developed using HTML and ASP.
