• Preparing daily KPI report and Top-N KPI worst cell and troubleshooting. • Network capacity analysis and expansion. • Improving (BSC Level/Cell Level) KPI, to achieve the defined goals from the customer side. • Improving City KPI by analysis filed test DT (Drive Test) report and tuning BSS parameters. • Planning new sites and expansion of the existing network • Providing Log File, Cell file, route, and Map for filed test DT (Drive Test) • Making site database via ASSET-Aircom Radio Planning Software

• Preparing RFDS (Radio Frequency Data Sheet including physical site parameters such as Antenna height, Azimuth, and Tilt, and configuration parameters • Building and keeping updates on the radio network database and planning software • Providing coverage (RSSI, CINR, and Best Server) plots. • Checking Sites Hardware and Software problems and raising issues to the subcontractor for troubleshooting. • In Building Site (IBS) Planning (DAS design) and preparing coverage simulation with IB-wave Software.
