With the Collaborating Centre on Sustainable Consumption and Production, I am contributing to the projects aimed at promoting energy and resource efficiency in developing countries. At the Centre, I am assisting in developing tools and instruments for capacity building, training and development of professionals of industry associations and governments of the developing countries in sustainable and cleaner production.

During the internship at the CSCP, I conducted a gap analysis regarding the policy frameworks for Sustainable Production in Pakistani SMEs for a European Comssion's supported project entitled, Sustainable and Cleaner Production in the Manufacturing Industries Pakistan (SCI-Pak)

During my service as Assistant Director, I was involved in various public policy initiatives in the areas of education, health and social security. The tasks include recommending the applications of beneficiaries of government safety net programs for approval by the higher authorities.

One the position of Human resources officer, I have been responsible for personnel management especially of management staff of the company. In Azgard9, I looked after the employment process of the staff, right from the vacancy announcement, to screening, interviewing and selection, to appointment and benefits and compensation, to performance management and training to post employment matters such as exit interviews and accounts settlement.
