Bank relations, bank line management, leasing activities, investment projects (feasibility and DCF analyses), cash flow management, financial restructuring, financial reporting. Coordinatinating the financial activities and business relations of the international companies held by the group in Germany (retail chain of 140 shops), Russia and UK.

Active role in the executive board of the company and the extensive reorganization process conducted. Coordination, management and supervision of the Corporate Finance activities as well as the international relations of the company. Corporate Finance activities are positioned to be served on a diversified product range and are flexible to offer services in line with the client needs. The department is positioned to work in close interaction with domestic and international investment banks.
