Extracted and pre-processed Magnetocardiography (MCG) signal from raw Magnetoencephalography (MEG) data, validated and developed prediction models for fetal cardiac activity using machine learning. Developed an efficient new data processing algorithm to automate heart rate variability analysis (HRV), and implemented data analytics algorithms including Random Forest and SVM. Supervised and resolved issues in data processing, and in setting up simultaneous ECG and MRI recording system.
