• Manage the product backlog for POS and mPOS products • Lead 2 development teams using agile methodologies to improve product completion times and alignment with strategic roadmap • Drive SDK and API integration support with external POS partners Main project: Introducing Wirecard mPOS solution combining payment processing, smart cash-register and product catalogue functionalities, was provided to merchants as an API, SDK and In store app.

• Built tailored POS solutions for biggest country retailers (self served kiosks, multi-acquiring solution, special settlement requests,...) • Ensured compliance with local regulations including Central Bank of the UAE guidelines, EMV standards, PCI-DSS requirements, DED merchant licensing, and TRA data privacy guidelines. • Manage integration with the payment processor (Network International) for POS transaction processing, and partnership with terminals provider (PAX)

- Prepared, maintained, and evolved (Vehicle Tracking and Fleet Management Platform TrustTrack by Ruptela) product plans and roadmaps for their commercial exploitation, including business cases for new product opportunities based on analysis of customer requirements, product features, competitive information and performance targets - Developed product marketing plans based on product-relevant competitive information, market trends and analysis and executes marketing activities, including product pricing

- Develop and maintain a MES (Manufacturing Execution System) support strategy that integrates process knowledge, equipment design, and quality standards with information technology to reduce down-time, elevate the level of regulatory compliance, and introduce efficiency gains through effective use of available technologies - Implement manufacturing information and reporting system (VALOR by MENTOR GRAPHICS) that support the creation of paperless batch records and facilitate product release
