I worked on design and optimization of a multi-speed gearbox for an EV. The project aims to develop a multi-speed transmission that will help to reduce the energy consumption and to minimize costs of the electric motor and battery. Methodology & Results : - Benchmarking state of the art of technologies used in multi-speed E-Powertrain. - Design and Modeling of a multi-speed gearbox. - Modeling of an electric motor. - Development of an optimization tool based on Matlab to optimize the Electric Powertrain.

My main task was to design the technical architecture of the traceability system using technologies such as RFID and data matrix code. I had contributed in the integration of product & process traceability in manufacturing lines and in project management as well. Methodology & Results : - QCD analysis of multiple technical solutions to full track & trace products. - Design the architecture of traceability system. - Application of DMAIC method to improve reliability of production equipement.

I worked as a trainer in the department of quality engineering and center of production. Methodology & Results : - Implementation of the standard "PPAP" (Production Part Approval Process) for end of design deliverable for the project new Peugeot 208. - Participation in coordination with suppliers in the development of vehicle parts using APQP grid. - Training of a team of 7 technicians on the use of the PPAP standard. - Establishment of Road-Map for the planning of parts acceptances.

The project concerns the realization of FMEA studies for eight production equipment. And, the implementation of a validation method for production equipment in the assembly area Methodology & Results : - Implementation of the validation method for new equipment. - FMEA study of eight production equipment. - Update of maintenance procedures. - Participation in the technical validation of production equipment. - Carrying out an internal TPME audit in the assembly area.

I worked during this internship on the design of the mechanical structure of a test bench for internal combustion engines of mining trucks. Also, I designed a hydraulic brake system based on hydraulic coupling device. Methodology & Results : - Design of the mechanical structure of the test bench. - 3D drawing of the test bench using SolidWorks. - Design of Hydraulic brake system.
