Optimizing the control and the checkpoint validation in a nuclear construction site: Analysis and improvement of the performance of various tasks related to the design and construction of a nuclear building at CEA Marcoule in order to minimize delays due to checkpoints validation and controls

During my internship my missions consisted in the monitoring and the supervising of works on site: Columns ballasted (implementation and load tests), precast beams (frames, formwork and concrete formwork), methods of drilling piles (bentonite testing, drilling)

My mission consisted in developing a commercial partnership all over france for a new product of the company, it included three major steps. The first one was studying the different partnerships available and chosing the most advantageous, then the second step consisted in listing and contacting potential partners and included the developement of a presentation brochure. And the last step consisted in making a full business plan including a projected financial for the next three years.
