ULA is helping traditional retailers to grow their business by leveraging technology. In the finance category, my role is giving insight through data analysis related to topline sales achievement (revenue, cost of goods, discount, margin) and also initiating business process improvement. - Gross Margin reporting & analysis on a weekly and monthly basis. - Cross-functional communication related to business process improvement with Commercial, Operations, and Tech team.

Providing insights through revenue and sales achievement reports. Take part in managing accrual for rebate and discounts, P&L overview, marketing budget management, and promo evaluation.

Finance advisory role for Marketing & Sales team related to value proposition for customer (e.g. sales program, promotion, and rebate scheme), P&L simulation, and promo evaluation.

Support management's decision-making process through providing reports related to trading revenue, products portfolio, also involved in annual budgeting process.

One-year rotation in Supply Chain Commercial (manufacturing cost) and Indirect Commercial (labor cost).

This project is carried out by Bandung City Government as a solution for housing provision in Bandung. As an assistant in Economic field, my job was to help making the calculation for project's valuation (Net Present Value, Internal Rate Of Return, Pay Back Period, Profitability Index) and analyzing the economic aspects which can affect the project. My task was also including making periodic reports and presentations.
