Appointed as the Project manager, part of the senior Project management team for Sabah Al Ahmad Sea City Project a 65 square kilometre, $2 billion USD project to reshape land equivalent to the size of 91 London Hyde Parks. Planed, organized, directed, controlled and evaluated earthmoving and dredging activities according to schedules, specifications and budget. Planed and prepared construction schedules and monitored progress against established schedules.

Directed, supervised and coordinated Shipping, Receiving, warehousing and materials distribution operations to include raw materials, supplies and equipments. Evaluated suppliers of equipments, plants, materials and spare parts based on cost, quality, service, availability, reliability. Analyzed local market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability. Developed and implemented purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
