Service Scope：FCL, LCL, Air Freight, Customs handling, Inland transport, Steel coil container stuffing/un-stuffing, Havey Cargo lashing/un-ashing, Port operations, 3PL/4PL total solution, Mini-Handy Chartering. To ship-owner/ husbanding, port, cargo agency and Protection agency. To container owner/ Maintenance, Repairing, Operation and Protection agency. To Non-Vessel Ocean Common Carrier Freight Forwarder, Beneficial Cargo Owner and Logistics related entity / Cargo agency and related Protection agency.

Supervision of 42 staffs of Ocean Freight Forwarding Dept. directly and 20 staffs of XinZhu, TaiZhong, TaiNan and Kaohsiung Branch indirectly. Responsible for Taiwan region Ocean Freight Budgeting. Procurement, carriers and relevant vendors control. Agency, biz strategy setting/monitoring and SA(Ship Agency) & BA(Biz Agency) . NVO (Non Vessel Ocean Common Carrier), slottage trading, space & joint venture biz. Project, break-bulk vessel chartering and heavy & big cargo handling, cold chain infrastructure.

Supervision of 80 staffs of Water way and Land transportation department directly and 150 staffs of labour sub-contractors indirectly. Operating and managing 3,500 round trips trucks, river feeders 80 voyages and Cap size bulk vessel 8 voyages monthly.

Analysis and Reviewing of Service Beneficial Result, New Service Planning and Developing, Service Project Studying, Container space controlling of Intra Asia, Monitoring of price and volume of containers, Review of overseas profit analysis and auditing of space purchasing.Setting up new constituent corporation “TKL logistics” Terminal & Yard Management, Developing &Planning.

Supervision of 22 persons team directly, one is sales team 10 staffs, the other one is documentary team 12 staffs in Tokyo branch. Mainly in import business of Japan whole region. 4 persons team in Osaka subsidiary, 3 agencies in Shizuoka, Nagoya and Northern Kyushu were under my commend, too.

Mainly in cost evaluation, pricing and container space controlling of lines from Korea and Japan to Southern East Aisa Region.

Developing , customer relationship maintaining and internal connection. Focus on Cross Taiwan straits, between Taiwan and China, Japan and Korea trade lanes traffics.
