Loadsmart is a digital freight platform that specializes in truckload and intermodal shipping. As a Product Designer I had the opportunity to work closely with product managers and developers to create user centered solutions that were both simple, agile and strategic to quote and book functionalities.

I was responsible for all 6 digital products that the company offers, varying from mobile iOS and Android apps, website, panels and order management sotfware. As Product Designer I translate business concepts into wireframes and mockups; plan and apply usability tests; build and check the usage of our design system; guide the team about UX culture; define the content our interns need to learn.

Working at Cheesecake Labs I had the following activities: create graphic interfaces for web applications (such as institutional websites, ecommerces, management softwares); create graphic interfaces for mobile devices (smartphones and tablet apps, including iOS and Android); microinteraction creation; create institucional graphic materials (such as blog banners, warnings, cards to clients).
