• Ensured successful delivery of 20+ new-build electric trains in accordance with purchase contract and lease agreement. • Acted as central point of contact for customers and train manufacturers (Siemens, Alstom and Stadler) • Coordinated discussion on technical key details during design and production phase. • Prepared and negotiated variation orders / contract amendments.

• Led the development and implementation of technical solutions for serial damages on 2,200+ wind turbines globally. • Managed interdisciplinary and multi-national teams with up to 12 members. • Outlined warranty claim strategies and participated in management negotiations with customers and suppliers. • Cost responsibility for multi million euro projects with strong focus on cost of energy (COE) • Created project plans as well as executive summaries and decision proposals for the management board.

• Identified high- and low-performance Service Regions by analyzing the technical availability of more than 4,000 wind turbines. • Participated in the development and implementation of a service order tracking system which allowed for the reporting of KPIs such as MTBF (mean time between failure). • Led several improvement initiatives with focus on lean processes and coordinated workflows between departments.

• Created troubleshooting guidelines for technical systems (e.g. converter) in order to reduce service times. • Contributed to improved technical availability KPIs by analyzing and structuring generator slip ring issues in the global service portfolio.
