Start-up of the organizations, both, a manufacturing Plant of Automotive Parts, and an Integration Plant for Mercedes Benz Germany, producing OEM Armored E and M Class with protection level VR4 and VR6, responsibilities were all over the company, including sales, purchasing and recruitment. Maintain quality, that’s a reason for having the Quality Management certificate (ISO/TS 16949:2009).Turnover per year approx. 25 Mio USD.

Business Development. my responsability was to make sure that the german manufacturing and assembly concepts, could be transfered and implemented in Mexico in a low cost and with the required quallity. Planning the Process Layouts, Plant Layouts, Quallity System, Organisation and Businessplan. Hire the complete plant team.

During this time, i was responsable for the procurement of the mayor equipments for the GM Projects in FFT Mexico. Since the design was done in Detroit, my responsability was to asure the adquisitions between the design requirements and the Supplier offers, negotiations, and finally deliveries, shipments and import. After that, i had to make sure that the installation team could istall all the equipments.
