Reporting to the CEO of LiSEC Austria. My main responsibilities are to lead the Sales and Service team; including responsibility for coaching of the local staff, improvement processes, the strategy, budget and resources. In addition, I supported the Sales Staff in the Sales Process at the customers. Revenue: 2,5 Mio Euro; Team with 4 employees.

Responsibilities/ Achievements: - Total revenue of the managed projects 60 Mio Euro; Team with 8 employees. - Reorganizing the existing Project Management organization. - Standardizing the way of working; focus on communication skills. - Positioning the Project Management Team within the LiSEC Organization. - Project Management of some complex projects.

Responsibilities/ Achievements: - Start-up of Business Application Team - Key-Account Manager for Lisec representing Saint-Gobain - Responsibility for 20 affiliates using LiSEC Software tools within Saint-Gobain. (Europe, US and India) - Implementing, developing, supporting, improving tools and process flows based on the business needs.

Dutch Affiliate of Saint-Gobain Building Solutions Europe: Glasfabriek Sas van Gent BV (‘Sas Glas’), Sas van Gent, The Netherlands. Responsibilities/ Achievements: - Revenue: 20 Mio Euro; Team with 120 employees. - Responsible for Production and Maintenance department. - Reorganizing the insulation glass production, including IT changes. - Developing a new capacity and production planning model. - Improving the yearly maintenance plan.

Dutch Affiliate of Saint-Gobain Building Solutions Europe: Glasfabriek Sas van Gent BV (‘Sas Glas’), Sas van Gent, The Netherlands. Responsibilities/ Achievements: - Team with 15 employees. - Responsible for order entry, production preparation, expedition planning and IT department. - New organizational structure together with the Sales Department. - Negotiating several contract with suppliers.
