In my role as Head of Legal Affairs at Infront Austria GmbH I am responsible for and dealing with all legal questions arising in course of our daily business, also compliance. One of my main responsibilities is the drafting and negotiating of rights-in and rights-out contracts with regard to the marketing/exploitation of any whatsoever commercial rights concerning sports events. I advice and support Infront Austria's managing directors and all business units in all legal questions of any whatsoever nature.

I am responsible for Red Bull's brand enforcement activities in the territory of Europe. As Brand Enforcement Manager Europe I am in charge of trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings, counterfeit and unfair competition matters relating to specific European countries. Furthermore I am in charge of drafting, negotiating and concluding trademark license agreements on a worldwide level and finally I am globally responsible for domain name conflicts (UDRP etc.).

In my position as IP Trainee Brand Enforcement I am responsible for counterfeit matters relating to specific European countries and I am additionally in authority of smaller unfair competition matters relating to specific European countries. Furthermore I am in charge of trademark license agreements on a worldwide level.
