Designed the multi-million dollar ceramic micro systems manufacturing line by preparing and pairing the technology roadmap with business objectives. Developed awarded ceramic thick-film sensor applications from concept to fabrication of demonstrators by management of executing groups in Switzerland, Germany, USA and Brazil. Managed the division's relations with its clients/partners and fostered its visibility through volunteering activities, organizing technology roadshows and seminars.

Reported to the post-graduation coordinator of the Materials Engineering Department. Submitted research proposals including one granted for $0.6M by the National Research Council, CNPQ. Restructured the research groups that let under-grad and grad students plan and execute their work more effectively, which let several of them publish in peer-reviewed journals for the first time.

Managed critical Six Sigma projects by finding failure root causes for rejected pieces at final electrical tests and by implementing approved and optimized solutions in front and back end operations in Austria and Croatia plants of the company. Managed also the key R&D projects of Corporate Research Department to develop new ceramic materials and processes to improve the existing products.
