1.Develop and launch Battery Management System (BMS) products for hybrid vehicles in European and American markets. 2. Coordinate global teams to achieve project goals, including quality, time and cost, continuous cost saving and quality improvement. 3. Interface to OEM and battery suppliers to improve customer satisfaction and keep long-term business cooperation.

1. Build up capacity of Program Management team, resource planning and recruitment; 2. Utilize the resources to fulfill company growth targets and comply with company strategy; 3. General program status report to German management; 4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve successful projects; 5. Support project managers on critical path resources and problem-resolving; 6. Lead cost saving activities for localization projects;

1. Handover project from Sales after award, setup project core team, apply for project budget approval; 2. Responsible for the whole project during PEP phases according to Marquardt PEP Landscape; 3. Interface to customer for project overall status, ensure to get clear and correct requirements from customer, and fulfill customer requirements and expectation; 4. Leading the project risk management, control the project within project scope defined by the sponsor; 5. Responsible for project profit & lost;

1. Leading local development team to support American projects, to provide local engineering services for product development; 2. Support Sales during the quotation phase, prepare quotation APR for management release of potential business; 3. Interface to customer for project overall status, ensure to get clear and correct requirements from customer, and fulfill customer requirements and expectation; 4. Responsible for the project profit & lost.
