Responsible for the operational implementation of the MinPeace Project in partnership with the BangsaMoro Development Agency (BDA) in 7 Mindanao Provinces, namely, Basilan, Davao Oriental, Lanao del Norte, Maguindanao, Saranggani, Sultan Kudarat, and Zamboanga Sibugay. MinPeace aims to enhance the peace building skills and competence of 450 BDA Development Catalysts in these areas. These include training in justice-based conflict resolution, mediation and basic counseling skills under the framework of Islam

One of the Principal Consultant for the training program “School Leadership Program for 21st Century Learning” for public school principals and teachers of partner schools under the SMART Schools Program for the 21st Century. Handled the topics: Creating an Institutional Learning Environment and Galvanizing Support for Learning Initiatives through Stakeholder Management.

Contracted as lead facilitator and learning consultant for the various provincial workshops on Service Delivery Implementation Review, Provincial Investment Planning for Health and Annual Operations Planning for Health for the provinces of Albay, Bulacan, Cagayan and Nueva Ecija.

General & operations management of development programs and projects, design and facilitation of participatory group processes, field research on local governance and decentralization, enterprise development training, events organizing and management for very important dignitaries, guests and visitors

Served as the CLIC Program Manager, a component of the $80.0M devt. program funded by the USAID-Phiilippines. Provided internet access and computers to more than 650 public schools in the conflict-affected areas of Mindanao and Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM). Provided training on the effective and productive use of information technology resources to more than 2,000 teachers and benefitting more than 500,000 students.
