Management and continuous improvement of the management system (ISO 9001 et 14001). Training of new company personal on the management system. Planning and follow-up of internal audits. Planning and execution of yearly management reviews. Modification of existing system towards process oriented functionality. Leading of project teams to improve company processes. Preparation and planning of the introduction of the Six Sigma methodology. Acting as coach and co-leader for two Six Sigma Projects.
