• Part of project team and involved in Change scoping, customizing, configuring as per business needs, UAT and supporting project documentation and defect Management in Agile Environment/Sprint. • Defect management with respect to change and Regression testing. • Supporting business users with Order processing and interfaces related issues. • Requirement gathering from business for the Change request and preparation of FS and DS.

Responsibilities: • Global support consultant in SAP SCM module and Order to cash . • Ticket Management and Escalation following ITIL Standards, ensuring SLA adherence • Change Requests relating to configuration changes, correction & modifications to business processes in line with business requirements.

• Supporting business with different tickets raised by customers in AMS • Data management activities with Migration tools SHDB, LSMW. • Root Cause Analysis, Trend Analysis of Technical Support Data and Metrics • Working on various Enhancement requests as approved by client to accommodate the dynamic business processes
