Harikrishnan Venugopal

PhD research on an industry-collaborative project, specializing in nanofabrication via block copolymer (BCP) lithography, achieving sub-10 nm nanopatterns by self-assembly and pattern transfer. Experience in integration of 2D materials, including transfer and nanopatterning of monolayer graphene. Explored device applications, including resistive switching (memristor) concepts. Contributed to industrial R&D and performed material characterization, alongside teaching, mentoring, and conference presentations.

As a research associate in the NNP working group, my main task is to help the ongoing research in the group. I have been specializing in Block copolymer lithography which is considered as future lithography for the fabrication of nanoelectronic devices. The process I focus on are Reactive ion etching and e-beam evaporation. I am also trained in characterization techniques like SEM, Ellipsometry, XPS, and PMIRRAS.

As an associate engineer in Burndy, my main task included product analysis, classify products with HTS number, Supporting determination of Country of Origin and ECCN. I was also responsible for updating the operations book with new work structure,  Adhoc requests, conducting weekly calls with clients, and learning sessions, as well as knowledge transfer to new employees. The efficient performance of these tasks require working knowledge of SAP interface, NAFTA and FTA, and data mining from the Amber Road.
