Hands on 6 years of experience on CATIA V5 Worked on several projects for BMW and AUDI on Exterior Domains Plastic Trims A surface to B Suface creation, Strak analysis, Tooling Feasibilty,Thickness analyis, Draft Analysis. Part Design,Generative shape design,Product Structure and Drafting. Experience in German OEMS Part file working structure . Experience in Creating MAster sections, and making concepts /design according to the master sections given.

Design Engineer (Interior Automotive Plastics Design). Responsibilities:  Creating surfaces and their features according to master sections provided by clients.  3D and 2D modifications of components as per clients’ requirements.  Performing Draft Analysis and proposing lifter and slider directions.  Creating 3D models, assembling them and generating 2D drawings on CATIA V5.  Converting 2D drawings into 3D models on CATIA V5.  Communicating with customer and manufacturer for project review and issues.
