• Responsible for verification and development of GSM, UMTS, and LTE test cases on network simulators (R&S, Anite, Anritsu, Agilent) for validation of the relevant stacks under development. • Testing, Log and root cause analysis of the faults on Multi-SIM and 2G/3G/LTE platforms. • Test Execution and log analysis and preparation of test reports for RF-KPI and Lab-KPI tests.

Responsible for validation and integration (inc. training) of LTE tests for UK terminal validation team. • Define test scope based on inputs from T-Mobile International group and perform technical handset conformance on 2G/2.5G/3G/3.5G/LTE terminals and feature testing, with a number of terminal vendors.

• Functionally leading an international team of test engineers, managing test campaign of products and technical relationships with other terminal vendors, International Equipment Marketing, Products and Services and other T-Mobile international groups. • Responsible for the integration plan, test scope, test specifications, defect management, the coordination of the environment design, deployment and liaising with vendors and functions across business.

• Technical Key Account for two major chipset vendors. Analysing chipset technology trends to ensure DT technical and commercial requirements are incorporated in vendors roadmap. • Managing integration and validation tests between vendors and DTon new platforms, technologies and features. • Acquire expertise of the new technology in order to specify the relevant terminal requirements and development of test cases.

• Execute and analysing fault behaviours of terminals in the context of an international test team on given terminal products and interfacing issue resolution and technical queries with the technical counterparts from the terminal vendors. • Responsible for development and updating of Local UK Radio test cases and Technical Accountant for SIM/USIM, development of test cases for SIM and liaising with terminal and test equipment vendors.

• Testing Uu interface on 2G/3G/3.5G terminals and ensuring terminals meet 3GPP and DT standards. • Testing protocols for e.g. NAS, RRC, RLC and MAC using tools such as QXDM, XCal, Agilent, DebugMax etc. • Root cause analysis of the faults and raising it with the vendor with follow up to ensure corrections are delivered prior to release.

Embedded software engineer in enhancement and support of a GSM base station test set • Working on a team of 6 on a multi million dollar project to implement AMR technology to an exiting base station test set (Racal 6113). • Responsible for adding new features and fixing bugs in CiTA GPS PC software written in Visual Basic 6. • Training and supporting customers. Integration and resolving customers issues onsite, inside and outside UK. • Development of Bespoke Software for Customers

• Maintenance and administration of Windows NT/2000/2003 Networks. • Provision of technical support and advice including, purchase, upgrade and installation of new hardware and software, IT support and general trouble shooting. • Writing programmes in Visual Basic and MS Excel • Designing report layouts in Sage and SAP.
