Drive the execution of a $110 Million Design Development and Construct (DD&C) Contract by utilising engineering, project management, and commercial expertise, as well as providing site support to the Project Team delivering an infrastructure project of highest quality within time and budget constraints.

Deliver major capital and maintenance projects as the Technical Engineering Lead of the Infrastructure Maintenance Team from inception to end; including leading and coordinating design, cost estimation, documentation, tendering, contracts administration, construction surveillance, commissioning and handover of projects with key focus on project delivery and minimal impacts to ongoing port operations.

Provide engineering assistance for the budgeting, planning and execution of medium to large infrastructure maintenance projects, develop long-term asset maintenance strategies and deliver key maintenance projects assigned to the Maintenance Team. Key infrastructure areas included, Roads & Bridges, Water & Sewerage and Maritime Structures & Associated Components.
