Harriet Spratt

Working as a Creative lead (Manager) and Art Director at Germany's first social media agency, I have concepted and overseen the execution of social-first campaigns for Montblanc, Spotify, Fritz Kola, WMF, Astra beer, and more. My responsibilities include campaign and content series idea conception, visual art direction, directing photo and video shoots, overseeing campaign executions and post-production, as well as leading and managing a team of exceptional concept and content creatives.

During my time at Young+Shand, I worked on some of NZ's largest FMCG and fashion brands as well as charities and mobile service providers, including; Lion Nathan Breweries, Max Fashions, Frucor, IAG, Goodman Fielder, 2degrees Mobile, Air New Zealand, New Zealand Blood Service, FlyBuys, Heinz Watties and Cadbury. My work as an Art Director was to create campaigns that sit across social, native, and video platforms, with expertise in digital marketing.

After joining .99 advertising agency, I worked in a copywriter and Art Director team where I created offline campaign concepts for clients including Garnier, Nivea and L'Oréal.

During my university break, I worked under Matt Shirtcliffe on campaign concepts for direct marketing. The clients included; SPCA, Accor hotels, Cure Kids and Methven showers.
