Financial Planning & Analysis

Part of the BBP (Business Budgeting Planning) Team my focus area is optimization of Operating Cash Flows and Working Capital. I am also responsible for forecasting Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable on Monthly Basis to provide a full year picture. Month on Month variation in Cash and accruals also fall under my domain.

I provide Commercial-finance support for the business unit to maximize performance (Mix Management, D&A). I analyzing KPI data to bring actionable insights and Manage ad-hoc financial analyses. On annual basis I support financial negotiations with the customers and coordinate annual budget within the commercial organization. Monthly tasks includes Forecast Financialization, Business Review presentation (creating, understanding and explaining).
