My job is to advise the board of directors in areas of company development. Furthermore, I will focus on setting up an organization for selling electricity to major customers. I will represent the company in associations.

I built up the EPC trading company with asset optimization for the EPH Group in Prague. This is where the German power plants are optimized by LEAG, the Mehrum power plant and, in the future, the Schkopau power plant, as well as the portfolio of Gazel from France. Among other things, EPC is responsible for the security and market access of other EPH subsidiaries. At EPC, I'm the director of asset optimization and trading.

The responsibilities for this position are the Handling of all physical Gas and Power Flows for Vattenfall in Continental Europe and UK. The major task is the Asset Optimization in Germany, Netherlands and UK Intraday and Real-time. I'm also responsible for the physical market access in Intraday Gas and Power markets throughout Europe. Additional my area offer the Entry to all Power exchanges and capacity platforms for interconnection and storages in Gas and Power.

[BU Asset Optimisation Continental] In meiner Funktion bin ich verantwortlich für den Kraftwerkseinsatz der Vattenfallgruppe in Continenttal Europa und UK. Die Verantwortung umfasst das Managementn des Kraftwerksportfolio von einem Monat bis Realtime. Außerdem fallen die physische Abwicklung von Strom und Gasmengen sowie der Intradaymarktzugang und die Reservemarkt in meinen Verantwortungsbereich.

Generation Management ist für die Kurzfristoptimierung der Vattenfall Assets in Deutschland, der Niederlande und Polen zuständig. Der Bewirtschaftungszeitraum ist von einen Monat vor der Lieferung bis zur Online Optimierung und der Abwicklung nach der Lieferung. Alle notwendigen Produkte(Strom, Gas, Kohle und CO2) werden vom Generation Management gehandelt. Die Hauptabteilung besteht aus drei Abteilungen und 8 Fachbereichen. Die Aufgaben werden in drei Büros Hamburg, Amsterdam und Warschau erledigt.

Die Abteilung hat zwei Fachbereiche Intradaymanagement und Bilanzkreismanagement Intradaymanagement Strom Intradayhandel Gas Intradayhandel Bilanzkreismanagement Veranwortlich für die Kakulation des Reservepools von Vattenfall Europe Physischen Transporte in Strom Alle Kapazitätsauktionen Day After Trading Alle Continental Börsen Physischen Transporte in Gas Speichernuminierungen und Swing Verträge Projektentwicklung für diese Bereiche Mitarbeit in Verbänden (EFET , BDEW etc)

Leiter des Fachbereiches Fahrplanmanagement. Der Fahrbereich ist verantwortlich für die physische Abwicklung der Stromgeschäfte in Europa. Zusätzlich werden Intradaygeschäfte zur Absicherung durchgeführt.

Durchführen der Fahrplananmeldungen in Europa. Verhandeln von Verträgen mit den Netzbetreibern

Verantwortlich für die Fernwirkzentrale. Hier laufen alle relevanten Daten für die Steuerung des hamburgischen Stromnetzes zusammen. Projektleitung für Fernwirkumbauten und Neubauten.
