With over four years in Food Biotechnology, encompassing not only research but also a multifaceted role in the Non-Governmental agriculture sector. I am currently a research fellow at the Institute of Natural Materials Technology - Chair of Food Engineering. My work primarily focuses on utilizing byproducts to create sustainable, clean label products. Alongside this, I hold substantial experience agricultural sector, dedicated to fostering improved socio-economic conditions in rural areas.
