Led a cross-functional team, mentored engineers, and improved performance and code quality using agile and clean code practices.

Developed a desktop compounding system for hospitals and pharmacies, enabling precise, personalised parenteral nutrition to improve patient recovery. Led distributed .NET 6 microservices using AWS Lambda, SQS, and RabbitMQ. Improved Lambda performance, fixed HL7 v2 data exchange issues, and applied TDD with xUnit for reliability. Modernised legacy apps, enhanced authentication, migrated MassTransit APIs, and used LLMs and GitHub Copilot to streamline CI/CD and development workflows.

Built a digital platform supporting healthcare researchers and authors through all publishing stages, from manuscript creation to publication, enhancing global healthcare contributions. Integrated PCI-compliant CyberSource Flex Microform for secure payments, improved JWT authentication with refresh tokens, and developed reusable .NET plugins for modularity. Delivered performant React + Redux front-end systems, resolved multithreading deadlocks, and ensured reliability with comprehensive unit testing.

Developed and modernized a police database system for managing crime-related data. Led migration of a 30-year legacy app to Azure hybrid cloud with minimal downtime and full compliance. Built a GDPR-compliant data masking solution using Azure Storage and Key Vault, scaling to 1M SQL records and 100K Excel rows with encryption in transit and at rest. Fixed memory leaks in COM+ components, automated AD–SAP BI sync for 40K+ users, and enforced OWASP security via DAST/SAST tools.
