Description: Responsible for testing and validating new MARS software functionalities related to automotive sound and design systems. Focused on ensuring optimal performance and user experience across multiple vehicle audio features. Key areas of responsibility include: ASD ,ESD , AVAS, PDC, Earcon Development: Collaborated closely with engineering, UX, and compliance teams to deliver sound systems that meet both regulatory requirements and brand identity.

Responsible for managing and improving audio system performance by overseeing issue tracking, testing, and analysis for RAM and MARS audio platforms. Core responsibilities include: Ticket Management, Issue Resolution Trace Analysis: critical audio issues. Post-Release Testing Played a key role in maintaining high-quality standards for in-vehicle audio systems by bridging the gap between testing and development teams.

Worked as an external consultant for Audi, focused on B-Call (Breakdown Call) functionality across multiple vehicle platforms including MEB, MQB, MLB, and PPE. Responsible for end-to-end testing, configuration, coordination, and support in live and lab environments. B-Call Activation & Gateway Setup: Configured the Gateway module and core services to initiate Breakdown Calls based on platform-specific requirements (MEB/MQB/MLB/PPE). Coordination & Reporting: JIRA, KPM
